Keralam, India, Nov 08: Talenmark Corporation has appointed Muhammed Hashir as Head - Corporate Strategy. In his new role, Hashir will oversee the organisation's corporate strategy and business performance agenda, working closely with the leadership team to strengthen strategic planning, drive execution and align business priorities with the organisation's long-term ambitions.
Hashir brings over nine years of experience in management consulting, business strategy and data-driven transformation. Prior to joining Talenmark Corporation, he was associated with leading consulting and analytics organisations, including Axtria and Ernst & Young (EY), where he contributed to strategic and operational initiatives for multinational clients across diverse industries and geographies.
His professional experience includes developing business performance frameworks, financial and operational models, KPI-driven management systems and executive dashboards. He has also worked on organisational assessments and transformation initiatives, bringing together analytical insights and operational perspectives to support leadership decision-making and business performance.
Hashir holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Nagpur, specialising in Strategy & Entrepreneurship and Production & Operations Management. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum (CET).
At Talenmark Corporation, he will focus on translating the organisation's strategic ambitions into structured business plans, measurable performance outcomes and effective execution frameworks. His role will also involve strengthening performance oversight and organisational alignment across the corporation's business verticals.
